eligible cases for return or refund:

we offer returns or refunds only in case of damaged products that meet the following conditions:

  • the item was purchased through our official website (https://croptope.com/)

  • the product was received in a physically damaged or unusable condition

  • you report the issue within 7 DAYS of delivery

  • unboxing video or clear photos are provided as proof of damage

how to request a return or refund:

  2. include your order ID, photos or video of the damaged item, and a brief description

  3. our team will verify the claim and get back to you within 2–3 working days and if the replacement or refund is approved we will remunerate you within 7 working days

important notes:

  • we do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as personal taste preferences, change of mind, or incorrect usage

  • products purchased via third-party platforms are not eligible for return or refund through our website

  • refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days, if approved within 2-3 days
